**You will deliver one small HTML5 game that adapts its layout to desktop browsers, and mobile browsers. I don't want a mobile app.** We're looking to develop a small click and drag HTML5 game with the following highlights: - The game should adapt to any screen, including mobiles. When adapting to mobiles the layout of the game will change. Please see the attached screenshots to get an idea of what I mean by the layout change. - The 50 states of USA are randomized and in a tray. The user will have to assemble it to win before the timer runs out. - It should be done purely in HTML5 - Similar examples can be found at: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] *No source code will be provided.* We are looking for a developer who can give us very good rates and good quality work: If we like your work we are going to convert all of our 150+ projects to this format. I can do this using Phaser js a HTML 5 canvas framework. It will be responsive and will work on mobiles, ipads and web. The game will be optimised to use minimal resources sothat it will load faster and will work smoothly on all devices. Looking forward working with you. Thanks
