buxhost - increase members online counter

I have a website whereby there is a 'members online' counter/stat at the front page; I want this number to increase by 100. I own the website and I am the admin, in the proxy settings on my admin panel I can bypass all filters regarding multiple accounts because I am the admin. When I use two different browsers such as IE and Mozilla I am able to login in to two accounts at the same time however I can't do it on one browser. I can also edit to ip binding so members can have more than 1 account on admin panel. The website is provided by a hosting company that do not provide FTP settings control to me, other websites under this host are able to keep this 'members online' count high however I don't know the technique, I am hoping you can help me do this.
