Additional Features within Meteor/Ionic App

OVERVIEW We run a networking and event organizing service in Hong Kong, we are aiming to offer a new style of event which utilizes a mobile app allowing participants to provide feedback on one another. We are looking for someone to build video submission and video review features for use within the app. JOB DETAILS: Prototype link:[login to view URL] 1. Our current app is a web-app being built using Meteor and Ionic, features must integrate into that framework 2. You must be willing to collaborate with our existing staff to integrate your features both UI and backend database (using MongoDB) 3. Please be prepared to explain how you plan to implement restricted time limits for video submission within the Meteor/Ionic framework. We really like the way Mingle deals with video submission, viewing and re-submission [login to view URL] TECHNOLOGY: - Server will be hosted on AWS - MongoDB - Repository is on Github - Deployment must be done using "Meteor" and "Ionic"  - We expect proper use of version control, regular commits to repository, good quality code and commenting After this initial project we will switch to hourly billing, and continue to expand the recommendations tool and other site features Desired Skills: Javascript, MongoDB, Node.js, Meteor
