Advanced Salesforce.com Support

We are a small call centre based in Brisbane who already have a well established salesforce environment up and running successfully. We are looking for a Salesforce professional to assist us in ongoing development and support of our salesforce environment. A lot of the inbound data into our environment is automatically provided in .html format via an email parser supported by coding we did not design nor have contact with the designer directly. Further, internal process such as automatic case creation is also supported by code that we require assistance with. However, we are not specialists in this coding and as such can not develop it further. Apart from the above skills we are also looking for an advanced Salesforce specialist to assist with business improvement and CRM development as we move on.
