Create tool to generate CODES based on algorithm (will provide samples)

I have a computer engineering degree from CMU where we learned in C/C++ and we studied algorithms intensely. I programmed professionally in C/C++ for 8 years and I still do from time to time. I can do algorithms fast so I should be able to do this easily.

I have extensive experience in programming. I only need payment, when you're 100% satisified with my work.

I need more information to let you know how I could solve this. However, either with a simple pattern finding algorithm or a neural network this could be the done. The problem is if there is no rule that can be inferred only from those 10 codes. Thanks,
