Seeking programmer for basic coupon exchange web site. Initial site will be basic. Geography of site is USA. Structure is: 1. Introduction page 2. About page 3. Contact Us page 4. Coupon Listings a. By retailer w/26 hot links (A to Z) b. By product w/26 hot links (A to Z) 5. Account Information Page a. Page for new members to enter personal details/update 6. Coupon Posting Page a. Page for posting coupon information Coupon listing page will have details relating to coupon (as specified) Site will need to have to primary interactive features: 1. Members will have the ability to post new coupons on our site (like Craigs list) 2. Members will be able to communicate with other parties for exchange or purchase of coupons Need to have capability to add more advanced features including buy/sell/payment. We don't care what language is used for programming. Put Java, but don't have any idea.
