Basic JavaScript to Display Data on HTML Page

We require a JavaScript that can display data on a HTML page, this JavaScript needs to display the data found in the attached file. This is a simply but yet urgent project, we will accept bids from people that show a working JavaScript that shows the data in the attached file. This means you need to take the data in the attached file and create the JavaScript and send us the sample page which you execute the JavaScript on. The data in the attached file is dynamic content, so the JavaScript that is created must automatically update itself based on the new information within the system We appreciate you time on this and are looking for good JavaScript programmers, this is the first of many things we’ll need your help with and we are welcome to having more then one winning bidder. BONUS PAYMENT for a script that can display anything, something like a JavaScript banner system but right now we need this current item done ASAP. Thanks!
