Hi, my names Roy. An entrepreneur from Sydney Australia. My company name is Property Developer HQ. As a startup I am looking for someone I can rely on to help me generate revenue and achieve my business/personal goals. My ideal client is someone who engages my services pays me a consulting fee. My services are - Consulting, planning, and strategy (real estate) - Find/Source a property - Project manage the development - Resale In order to get clients, I have been running Facebook campaigns to grow an email list which I have bout 120 now. In order to get clients I also run seminars twice a month. In order to establish brand awareness and credibility I use Facebook to educate my followers about property development. I have just finished putting together an E-Course that teaches people about property development. My goal is to promote and sell this E-Course to my email list via -Inbound marketing (Mailchimp automations, leads generation) I also want to use Google adwords to sell this E-Course (Create sales pages funnels etc) It is important to me that I utilise Facebook retargeting using pixels. The person I work with will also manage my Facebook page and create some content on daily basis. I am flexible with the price however price needs to reflect quality, and most important results. The best way to measure our success is if you can help me sell the E-Course first. The more students enrol the more likely I convert to a paying clients who engages my services.

Hello, My name is Marcelo I read over your requirements. By the looks of it you need to create a geographically targeted campaign to Australia and other English as a primary language countries. For this I would setup a campaign consisting of various Facebook/Twitter/Instagram accounts related directly to your niche. Combine this with properly designed funnel pages. Seeing that you will be focused on Facebook the most I would use my skill set to automate the process of consistent posting and engaging with users on your main page while using Facebook pixel to directly target the type of customers you need ideally. Since the focus is the e-course I would suggest using something to the tone of Udemy to help generate some traction. Then the Twitter/Instagram pages generated for these can target people interested by offering a free sample (some eBook or similar you can give for free). I would also integrate a lot more into the email aspect of it since I find it important to source a strong email list that you can use consistently to promote your services. By offering the eBook or similar we can then follow up because they will subscribe to the list in order to get the free item. Overall I estimate that in 30 days I will generate the basis of your social media promotion for this product and create a lot of leads for inbound marketing.
