Affiliate marketing 101

Hi freelancers, i am a Publisher on Clicksure and Clickbank etc. i need a marketing personnel to help me with selling my products and boost my sell. I am a seller selling thing like Branded health fitness and binary option items etc. This is a commission based project ( cost per sale) so if you sell my things you get a huge commission for that sale. Ex; if you sell Health&fitness related product that is one of the product i'm selling you get 7-10$ as a commission. Commission increased if you selling rate is more i.e. if you sell that item to more than 25 customers your commission percentage will increased. This project is a long term relationship with the freelancer. Freelancer may required to submit their email id for future communications. Freelancer whose performance is good in term of selling can qualified for free gifts such as- free holiday package. free items etc. All payments are made through Via paypal/Payoneer/Freelancer . Payments are made every month ( Date to be specified later). You get an idea that this is a new type of promotion in the market after reading the description. So how all its work? 1- Freelancer who is selected required to submit their email id and bank details. email for future communication and bank details for payments. 2- After getting the details of the freelancer we prepare an unique Link for that freelancer. 3- On every Sunday ( probably but fixed later) we send an email to the freelancer about what product to be sell on this week , product name and description and url with the unique Link of the freelancer. 4- Freelancer focus on that product only for the whole week and sell the products. 5- On every month ( date to be fixed later ) freelancer get paid to their Payment account for every sale they made. 6- If the selling rate is good the freelancer get a free gift. NOTE: Freelancer request to handle long term relationship because withdrawal may negatively impact to our database. Because we pay to our server administration for your url with the unique Link
