Create a website to park unused domains that produces advertising revenues

I have a many domains that I want to park on a landing page that can produce revenue for me. I have an existing Google adsense account. I want the website template built that will allow for a variety of content to automatically update using news and subject matter. I enter the subject and the template will automatically populate the website with current rss feed news reports . Other content can be added to support SEO needs to show up on the search engines. I am open to new ideas, but require all white hat solutions. I also require low maintenance and updated protections to avoid hackers and vulnerabilities. Using WP or other well known script that is updated from time to time to protect the integrity of the site is best. Do not just say you can do it without providing details on your proposal. I will not entertain copy paste answers from freelancer with examples that do not apply to my needs. Provide me specifics on your proposal and examples of work you have done in the past. Thank you
