Content writer for Face Book who is likable, authentic and responsive.

I am looking for someone to write for us on Facebook to make people feel really comfortable about our product and our company. I do want to see people signing up for our blog through Facebook. I would also love for someone to manage Linked in. We just started social media in late May. I have found these two social media channels are where I get my most activity. YouTube is also very important to us. I'd be open to entries to Twitter and GP but they don't seem to be as effective as the others. I really want the focus to be on FB, Linked in and YouTube. We have a Google plus account, Twitter account and a YouTube account in addition to FB and Linked in. We had someone managing our account for a few months but they used a more automated process and tried to sell our product rather than using social media for relationship building. They did a great job of putting up interesting photos with their posts. They posted five times a week. In fairness to them, I never had a blog for them to work with like I am about to send out in an email marketing campaign. My company is School Match 4U, Inc. I will be writing a very helpful blog that will not even mention the videos but those who like the quality of the content of my blog will check out the website. We have been selling the six videos as part of one entire package since July but now we are rolling out individual sales. The ultimate goal is individual sales but I see social media as being a tool where people get comfortable with you so that they will turn you as the trusted leader in the field when they have a need. I already hired someone to run the email marketing campaign but now I need someone to make people feel very comfortable with our company and product via social media channels. I am not looking at doing ANY direct selling on social media channels. I do want to see people visiting our website and signing up for our our blog. I am looking for someone who is likable, charming and fun to interact with. I also need someone who is a good writer who is knowledgeable about using Facebook and Linked In. I am also looking for someone who responds promptly to emails and communicates regularly with me. I want someone who will do the research to immerse themselves in who we are so you can accurately represent us. I would love to have a long term working relationship with you. Can you please help me?
