Backlink Building for Niche Phrase - No Garbage

Description I need 50 high quality, permanent and relevant links for my US based website. I will provide a list of specific anchor texts to be used on ENGLISH only sites. Experienced link builders only. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. You must know the difference between site PR and page PR. Please acknowledge this in your response. REQUIREMENTS: - Link page should be from English language sites only. - Links must be free, one-way, non-reciprocal and static to our website. - The links must be established and crawlable pages. - One link per domain AND Class C IP block. - Domain extensions should be from the following: (.com/.net/.biz/.org/.us/[login to view URL] .au/) - Links should be text and linked keywords should be in sentence form. - No search spam. - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges. - No link schemes. - If links are from blogs, they must be well written and have some positive contribution so that they do not get deleted. - No directories. - No forums. - No dynamic links. - No rel=nofollow links in the HTML. - No pages blocked by robots.txt. - No links from guestbook entry, casinos (gaming), free hosted sites ([login to view URL]), adult/pornographic, blacklisted websites etc. - No fake PRs, java links, jump scripts, framed/iframed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, flash sites/pages, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - All Links must be manually submitted. No automated techniques or black / grey hat techniques. - Links must not be labeled “sponsored”, “links”, “ads” etc. URL must not contain “.../links/” in it. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable. I will require an Excel report with the following information: - Date link submitted - Date link was accepted - Page PR - Page Title - Anchor Text - Page URL - IP of page - Homepage PR - Homepage Title - Homepage URL - Total number of outbound links on the link page Please send me this report every 5 days, so I know the progress of this project. Please also submit samples of 3-5 sites and/or locations you expect to use with bid. I have many other sites that will require similar backlinking.
