Adwords and webpage optimization

We have a webpage ([login to view URL]) and we regularly launch campaigns using Adwords. We are aware that we are not using many Adword´s features like Adwords Analytics. We do not know how to follow track of our visitors. We constantly receive email accounts and we have nothing in place to follow on them and have other emailing campaigns. We also know that our webpage is not the optimal to get to mobile devices and tablets because it is mostly designed in Flash. This is what we need: A Adwords geek capable of optimizing and updating our campaigns by selecting the right search words and negative search words and align all these parameters with the capabilities of our webpage. Something REALLY important: Our webpage is in Spanish and it is targeted to Latin American countries mostly Mexico. So, I do not mind dealing with an English speaking freelancer but you have to be aware of this very special feature of our webpage and market. We can translate anything you need and Adwords of course can be set to English. Important. We need REAL traffic. We are after AUTHENTIC traffic of people interested in what we sell. We are also looking for somebody capable of understanding our needs and work in the future with projects of other similar webpages we have.
