Adwords Professional Needed to Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

Hi, thanks for your interest. We are an online travel agency looking for an Adwords expert to create and manage our PPC campaign. We are an online Travel Agent working in the Brazilian Market (Portuguese speaking customers) selling Travel Insurance. We are seeking qualified traffic with low CPC. The Adwords account is brand new, you will need to setup the entire campaign, link to Analytics, Goals, re-targeting, etc. We expect you to report the campaign results in a weekly basis to our partners. Depending on the campaign results, a long term job contract may be offered.
