Bulk Email Marketing

We have a new website that we need some email marketing to help get the word out, this is part of an eventual larger scale effort, but for now are testing the waters so to speak to see how popular it might be before more fully developing our business. That being said, we need someone / group who is experienced with email marketing. We will provide the list, a total of roughly 1 million emails, however will start with a test of 100k and future hiring for the full campaign and additional work will depend upon these first results. We will write the main copy, but you are welcome to edit it to make it more "inbox friendly". We would like to see a full report of results. We are willing to do about $40.00 (flexible) per 100,000 emails.
