Hello, I am looking to produce a conceptual illustration/rendering for a mixed use development (3 buildings / see attachments). I am NOT looking for a clean photorealistic rendering. Please, do not bid if this is all that you do. I am looking for a sketchy-style rendering or hand-drawn illustration – one or maybe two perspectives. I have attached the following reference images: [1] the site plan and related development info [2] a couple of rendering/illustration examples – this is the type of drawing I need [3] several architectural images, to show the style of building [4] two adjacent development to give you some sense of the area I am looking for someone to work closely with me to develop this image(s). I have experience with 3D modelling, and I am also an urban designer/planner. I can provide a base sketchup model, as well, should that be helpful once the project starts. PLEASE, ONLY BID IF you have SKETCHY/ILLUSTRATION examples in your portfolio (or can send them directly me). I also require someone with very strong English language skills and a sollid understanding of architecture and land development. I am happy to answer any questions. Thank you.

Hi, I am happy to work with you on this project. I am experienced over 12 years in architecture, planning and execution. In my portfolio you can see various types of my projects like concepts or real buildings constructed and furnished. I always prepare sketches with my own hands for every project and for my clients, if I am satisfied I go into 3D software. I do fine art and sketches over 25 years and I love the pencil. I am familiar with making 3D renderings in Sketchup. I do not do photorealistic renderings as you mentioned. I create scenes more suited for the cover of a set of construction drawings. I typically create a model in conjunction with 2D CAD drawings for the creation of elevations and one to five perspectives for cover pages. Familiar with shadows and aligning them with the proper solar track given the location. I use Sketchup to add a touch of hand-drawn feel to the line work while maintaining the accuracy and straight lines of the drawing. I can present examples of my work upon request. While the majority of my work is performed on weekends, I am available to discuss the project at any time during the week. Good luck with your search.
