Architectural Floor Plan PDF to 3D Animation

I need a bid for someone to take a PDF of a floor plan (architectural drawing) and create a simple 3D animation of the space. Specifically, I need 4 areas of this plan animated: the great room, the kitchen, the combined family/dining room, and lanai. Expectations: I would like to see a black and white animation for each areas so that I can see the walls, floors, ceiling heights, and placement of the windows, doors, and doorways. Specifically: in the great room I want to see the fireplace and bar and the placement of windows and doors. In the kitchen, I want to see the depicted layout of the two islands, placement of the stove/range, the window facing the lanai, and doorway facing the playroom. In the family/dining room, I want to see the doorway to the hallway which leads to the pantry and the placement of windows and door. In the lanai, I want to see doorway to family/dining room, doorway to bathroom, doorway to great room and windows to kitchen and great room. Project resources: I will provide the following items to start this project: I will provide the architectural PDF for the finished floor plan that depicts these 4 areas. Additionally, I can provide 2-d elevations which provide specific ceiling heights for the interior rooms in the house and a detailed schedule showing the dimensions of the windows and doorways depicted in the plan. NOTE: I do not have DWG or DWX files and they are not available for this project. What I have is the PDF attached.
