Bring functionality over from the old ASP.NET site into our new MVC site

There are 2 parts to my project. They both involve importing functionality from an old ASP.NET website into the new version of the site which now uses MVC 5.2 One of the functionalities is a form which users can upload files to and it saves into a MS SQL 2008 db. The second functionality involves passing some parameters as a POST to a third party website. I will give you access to the old solution as well as to another MVC site that we have which uses the same type of POST for you to understand. I need either part done by 8:00AM Pacific time or in 12 hours from now. If you can do both parts and they are working correctly by 8:00AM I will give you a $25 bonus. This is a simple task, it should only take about 2 to 3 hours to complete both tasks. I will add images and provide additional information to the winning bid. Must have MVC experience.
