design mobile app: user interface, wireframes, design

An app which visitors of a super market can use for identifying allergies in the ingredients of the product: scan (or type) barcode > retreive information via webservice (we have API available) > show results > User can also create a profile where he/she can select one or more items on a list of allergens If user has completed his profile and the scanned product contains one or more allergens which he/she has specified in his profile as mentioned above. Besides the productinformation (ingredients), the allergens the user also receives an extra general (so not personal as per profile) indication: either "CONTAINS" or "MAY CONTAIN" or "FREE FROM" (resp: contains, may contain or does not contain allergens) We need a fancy design for iOs phones including the wire frames so that our programmers can develop the app as per your design and wire frames. PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU CANNOT SHOW A PORTFOLIO OF APP DESIGNS.
