hi there i need a website for online appointment booking first admin creates a profile for client the client creates an event an event means time slots for a day then a unique code is generated for that clients event the client's customers come to this website and enter the unique event code like on the 13th and the 14th of febuary there is an event at the local park the clients customers can enter the unique code for the event on the main page of the website to go directly to the appointment booking page from here the clients customers can choose available time slots /person meeting/place meeting from drop down menu they enter their mobile number and email address as well an email is sent to that address to give complete details like you are meeting mr james at 11:30 pm in stall 7 at the local park it also sends a calender event to the mobile phone so that it can be connected to google calender or icalender the client can print off the schedule for each event and filter it by the person example local event at library 6 different sessions run by 6 different people 1pm 2 pm 3pm 4 pm 5 pm-mrs green in block 1 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm -mrs yellow in block 2 1pm 2 pm 3pm 4 pm 5 pm-mrs pink in block 3 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm -mrs violet in block 4 1pm 2 pm 3pm 4 pm 5 pm-mrs black in block 5 1pm 2pm 3pm 4pm 5pm -mrs mrs white in block 6 unique code create 6gypvbw clients customers come to the website search event by unique code select 1pm session by mrs green in block 1 confirm by entering their name phone number and email address once it is confirmed it is not available for other client customers now mrs green can download her schedule when the event is booked so that she knows who she is meeting and when if clients customers call and wish to cancel they can but only mrs green can cancel it and it will become available to other customers backend should be user friendly client logs in selects event either downloads entire schedule or selects block 1 and downloads details for block 1 to be passed to mrs green this is a paid service provided by the admin so admin can create profile for client then client creates the event thank you
