Develop Code a dating website

I want to code a dating website. I'd like the site to be able to match members based on the things they have in common. So members can choose from a list of their favorite things and the site can match them up. More details are given below. I would like the website itself to make the matches for the members, as opposed to members seeing all of the members and choosing their own match. I want each member to see 1 match each day. Every day 1 new match should be introduced to the member. After 10 days the matches should expire. So there should be a total of 10 matches available at a time. (one from today, one from yesterday, one from that day before, one from 9 days ago, etc.) Once members signup, they should not be able to login until admin has activated their account. * I want members to be able to subscribe. * Members should not be able to upload their own profile image and video. Admin should be able to upload videos of members. Members should only be able to hide their videos. * I would like 2 admin panel. One admin panel should have full control over everything on the site, including the context of the site; I want to change the About Us, Contact us etc if I want to. The second admin panel should Only be able to upload videos of the members. The second admin shouldn't be able to do anything else. The two admin panels should have different userID's and passwords. * I want the site to be coded or developed from scratch. I will provide the winner with every detail of what I would like, so there won't be any confusion. Also I would like to work with someone who is good at communication. Here are the basics of the site: 1) Everyday at noon Pacific Time the member should get One match. ( the system should match members up) * There should be only one match made each day. * The matching should be mutual. So If Member "X" is matched with member "Y", then Member "Y" should be matched with member "X" on the Same Day. * The system shouldn't make Any repetitive matches. So a member should never be matched with the same person twice. 2) Matches should be made based on information given in the "My ideal Match section" and the "Favorites/ Interests" section. ** "My Ideal Match": The Age, Smoking, Having children, Location and the Body Type from this section should be considered. A member who would like a non-smoking match, shouldn't be matched with a smoker. ** "Favorites/ Interest": At least 3 things from this section so if both people enjoy "Cooking", "Camping" and "Golf". The 3 things can be from "Hobbies/ Activities", "Sports/ Exercises", "Favorite Books", "Favorite Movies", "Favorite Music", "Ideal Vacation", "Favorite cuisine", and "Favorite Collectibles" The 3 things can be from the same section or different sections. For example, two members could both like Italian cuisine, pop music and classic music. In this case One of the common things is from Food cuisine, and the other two common things are from Music.
