Design a mixt of infographic + 1500 words content (french content)

We need someone to take our 1500 french words document and create a 2-3 page document in In-Design (so we can update it and export pdf). We will need to get complete assets of the project including graphic assets and in design files. The InDesign document need to be "infographic style" split by "text content" part. So we are not talking about just placing our text in in-design but really building it, search for icon, image to make the content visually attractive even if it's a long document. The 1500 text We will give to the freelancer we choose the logo, couple of other document as example + website to get some idea. It's really important to us that people who apply are good with design because we need something clean and beautiful. We will ask to bidder to send us some screenshot of some of their past in-design work. Please don't bid if you can't negociate with french translation tool or don't know in-design at all.
