Design a Flyer

I need a flyer / poster designed for a city wide event. I have the concept and images. I simply want someone who can put it in a context that is grabbing, marketable, and memorable. This event is all volunteer and is being marketed to colleges, houses of worship, coffee shop goers, and in-home participants. The goal is to build capacity through intrigue and drive them to the website to sign up. Ideally I would like someone who has a passion for the topic. If this works out, we could broaden the job of the participant while keeping in mind that I'm virtually penniless, but am doing whatever I can to value someone's time and effort. This is a grassroots effort and the only reason I am looking for someone online is because none of the volunteers have the skill necessary to create a great visual. We are still trying to find a very inexpensive or pro bono web designer who wants to use it to promote themselves to the entire city. It is a great opportunity. For now, this job is a quick pocket change job. A good designer will take less than an hour or two to put this together.
