Create a UI sketch & then Design a Membership Site for a Marketing Business

I'm looking for a native US / UK / AU Freelancer to create a UI sketches and then design a site which will then be used as a WordPress theme. I know how good design looks like and I'm looking for a skilled designer with high standards and the ability to work with me throughout February to quickly complete this project. The design is for a 'VIP Club' of monthly paying members of our marketing business who get to access content and videos that are updated on a daily basis. The Freelancer will need to create a UI sketch for each page, after discussing it with me and getting the list of things that I need on each page. Once the UI sketch is approved, design it in Photoshop. I have attached 2 possible ideas for a UI that we made ourselves for the Main 'timeline' page. You will need to design 10 pages: - Login page - Get started here - Main page (timeline) - Courses page - View course / post page - Tech Center - Submit Question - Special Offer (sample design for various offers) Happy to connect via Skype or Facebook for faster-paced communication.
