Hi As per your project description, it seems like you want a utility in which a video will be uploaded. A sound file will also be uploaded. You would then like the sound to merge with the video. This can certainly be done. We would use FFMPEG library for this. We have developed many projects using FFMPEG. Though we haven't implemented your requirement exactly, in any other project. But this can certainly be done as FFMPEG gives this option to merge the audio file with video file.
