Clarity Home Loans POS Brochure

hi there, we would like a brochure / flyer designed for real estate agents to have on display at their open home exhibitions that detail our services and provide some branding directed straight at our target market, being home buyers. We are an Australian based Financial Services company specializing in mortgage broking and Financial Planning with a long list of awards and kudos within the industry. I will attach a document titled "web brochure" that outlines some of the message we want to convey which includes logos from some of the banks/lenders that we deal with that are able to be used in the brochure as well, helps us attract customers who would have traditionally approached their current bank directly without the intervention of a broker. Whilst I understand this document outlines a bundle of info which will be hard to simply get across to the average potential client, it should outline roughly the type of messages we are trying to convey. Ideally within the flyer we would like it to be of high quality, with some real life aussie human images. We intend to have the flyers printed on good quality paper with a premium finish. They will be distributed to approximately 300 - 400 separate real estate agents and we want the end product to be reflective of our brand, professionalism, and create a perception among buyers that we are an organization they are confident enough in to entrust their financial decisions with. I will also attach a few brochures/flyers I have lying around the office that are reflective of the end product we want to design. Probably looking at B5 size.
