I want a mock up design to take back to my local developer, I want to reverse engineer this based on what my target is -my local web dev isn't offering a lot of insight/ideas. See below for an outline of what it is that my business will be offering. We pull information together for businesses to review, research & learn about how they can automate their office, leverage technology for growth, reduce cost, eliminate paper. This is predominately focussed at document management, paperless office, office mobility & office automation. We pull information together from all over the world from leading recourses by conducting interviews, podcasts, blogs, infographics etc etc - all designed to help businesses adapt to the latest trends and changes in their industries. The businesses focus is to build an online community where people from all over the world can share their ideas, questions, reviews and more about successes they have had with implementations, learning what others have done, getting access to people from all over the globe to gain a wholistic perspective of how they can improve, grow and manage change in a fast paced tech/digital world.

While i respect that you have a local developer I feel that using someone with out a lot of vision will cause you more issues down the road. I can build Application sitemaps, mockups, and graphic designs for your application. In addition to this I could build it in a technology like Node.js and Angular that would allow for your application to be responsive, load fast, and easy to use by your target customers. I have built similar systems for intranets in the US one specifically was a medical agency that needed to have a method of not only storing everything digitally, but also needed a level of encryption and privacy rules to meet US regulations in regard to patient data. I am very confident if you were to use me to build out your application you would see a very successful launch in about 30 - 45 days. In addition to this I could provide training for your local developer so he could maintain and manage the application post launch.
