Build a custom Ruby on Rails website w/ PostgreSQL database

Looking for a custom built webapp on my digitalocean server. I already have a graphic design built, now need to make the webapp functional. I am looking for an automated sign-up process and the ability for users to log in and update their own data. I would like each user to be automatically issued an "ID" via e-mail as soon as they sign up. Then, the user can log in and update their physical address. The user should have the ability to review previous addresses with timestamps of when it was added, made their "primary address", and when a different address was made "primary". Finally, there should be a simple backend where user data can be viewed. I would like the data to be stored in either a PostgreSQL database.
