Has to be extremely easy to use. It has to provide real quality in it use. Connected to Facebook. Has to be minimal and simple. The projects consists of building a mobile app craigslist. HAS TO BE IN SPANISH. It is for my home country Honduras. There is no amazon and buying online is a hassle. However there is a fairly big market of people buying and selling used good on Facebook. This is what we want to tackle and go into. Build an app where people can: 1. Connect as buyers (subjected to ratings and reviews. Provide info such as: Contact number, contact email, name, username). 2. Connect with Normal account (Only used as a "buyer". These users would provide the same contact info. Now, here comes the tricky part. In Honduras most of these people bid on the comments of the posts where they show what products they are selling. Another way to purchase something being sold on Fb Groups is contacting the seller via Message. There is no transaction being made online. They then have to talk and set up a meeting where they receive the product and/or pay for the product, however the choose to do it is on their terms of understanding. Having explained that, The app would not offer transactions at first. All we need to do is connect buyers and sellers. After setting up contact info the app would consist of: 1. A home page with categories of the things you can purchase. For example electronics, real estate, furniture, domestic goods, food, animals, whatever the category is. 2. Go into the categories and look at what you are looking for. If you like what you see, you can comment on the post or message the seller directly and negotiate the price for what you want and you can star the product to save it in your profile for later. 3. A tool to post products that you want to sell including: Category, pictures (1 to 4), info on the product, phone number or contact info, and minimum price. 4. A tool to close the ad once the seller has found a buyer. 5. Rating of the seller once the seller receives good from buyer. 6. profile page. Buyer Page: Favorites, Bought products, username, photo optional, chat. profile page seller: favorites, selling posts, bought goods, username, photo, rating, contact info. 7. The Chat. Where you will se conversations you have initiated with sellers or buyers. Sellers need to have a award button if they come to an agreement with user. When project is awarded it will close the ad automatically (if seller chooses in settings). It will be logged in the selling posts as either open or closed, and they an option to delete a post. From the buyer point of view once the negotiation ends and you are awarded the product it will appear in the bought good section. If the user is no longer interested there will be a button on their end of the chat to click so the seller knows they are not interested anymore and can delete the chat with them. The general purpose is to let people sell good and communicate with buyers or sellers for the transactions being made. By having them talk and get to an agreement we eliminate the need for a payment gateway and the use of credit cards. Why? because honduras has an extremely low % of people buying online or using cards online. There is simply no trust or infrastructure for that here. Maybe one day. Thanks
