We need you to provide us with a test website, so that we can gauge your abilities and their suitability. 5. We are interested in joomla/ wordpress platform, so kindly mention the platform on which you intend to build the website. What is our Project? The portal will be a travel and tourism website that ensures effective booking of 3 categories of services 1. Hotel Rooms 2. Tour packages 3. Adventure activities Login panels: The login panels with username password need to be provided for all these: 1. Customers and 2. Hoteliers 3. Travel agents/Adventure play 4. Super Admin Important Notes: 1. The portal should provide the Hoteliers, travel agents and adventure play organisers to upload their inventory, packages, and activities as the case may be. 2. This shall include a description of the room, room types, room rates, meal plans photographs 3. It shall also include description, inclusion of tour package, photographs and the price. Start date and end date 4. Description of adventure activities, photographs and the price, start date, start time, venue 5. Customers should be able to browse through the tour packages, hotels, and activities and book them online. 6. Review column should exist for all of the above so that only customers who have bought the rooms,tour packages and activities are able to put their reviews and rating. This review shall appear only after moderation by the admin. 7. Payment options should include netbanking,debit card, credit card,wallets, etc 8. Once booked and successful payment is received, a booking voucher must be generated automatically capturing details of the room booked, tour package booked with details, adventure activities booked with details and a copy of it must go to the customers registered email id. A copy of it must also be available for download in the customers user account and a copy should also go to the travel agent, hotelier, adventure play organiser as the case may be. 9. The portal must have the option to use various coupon codes as may be given out for various promotional campaigns by the admin. 10. The Travel agents,Hoteliers, adventure play organisers shall have the option to participate in these campaigns by registering in the campaign. They may also decide the period for which they want to be associated with a campaign. They should have the option to deregister from the campaign. 11. Ever campaign shall have a validity period set by the admin and on the expiry of the validity period, the registration of all Travel agents, Hoteliers;adventure play organisers with this particular campaign shall lapse. 12. Admin must have the option to send bulk mails to Travel agents, Hoteliers, adventure play organisers 13. Admin must have the option to send bulk mails to customers 14. Mails must be in the template format 15. Bulkmails should go from noreply domain 16. Admin should have the option to send a mail to individual customer,hotelier,travel agent and adventure play organiser 17. All queries received on the from individual customer,hotelier,travel agent and adventure play organiser must be under a ticketing system and an unique ticket number must be generated and sent to the registered email address and all communication shall be done under the same thread. 18.
