To design & build a professional and discreet website for Black Book Management http://www.blackbookmanagement.com.au. The site should be viewable across all devices and integrate social media to maximize site traffic. The site will be built on the WordPress platform and will allow easy updates via any computer. The website is divided into 3 distinct areas (MANAGEMENT, LEGAL & CONCIERGE). The legal and management side of the website provides limited information regarding legal and management services offered plus (ABOUT PAGE) and contact details (CONTACT PAGE). The concierge side of the website is aimed at celebrities (and other high profile people from out of town) to facilitate the organization and booking of unique experiences for them whilst in Sydney. The concierge side of the website some of has the following purposes: o To work as a password protected online portfolio of custom example experiences. These examples can be used by BBM to start the conversation with the client regarding their preferences and requirements as well as used by partner hotels to provide clients with credible examples. o ​To provide easy access to BBM’s TOP TEN LISTS of restaurants. These lists are constantly updated as suggestions evolve. The site will be built with responsive design. Responsive design is a scalable site, which is designed specifically for ipad, iphone and other mobile devices. The site automatically detects the device being used and adjusts size & images to fit the browser in a readable form. CONTENT UPLOAD Content to be supplied At least 3 hours of content upload. FAVICON Incorporate favicon into your site (small image in the browser). SEO PLUGINS AND WEBMASTER TOOLS Incorporate Webmaster tools & essential plugins to allow you to optimise your site yourself. TRACKING YOUR SITE TRAFFIC Bring across Google Analytics account and incorporate it into your site so you can see how your site is doing (e.g. what pages people go to etc).
