I have great experience in the development of web-based solutions. I will make a website where users create account and subscribe to our newsletter after paying the fees through credit card which will be full secured. Database is used to save the records and triggers will generated and alerts will be sent to the subscribed users.

Hello, My name is Mattheu Farmer and I can build your Stock Options Trading alerts website. I have been developing websites for over 15 years, specializing in PHP/MySQL. Over the past 4 years I've worked with a number of Trading oriented websites and APIs so I am familiar with the industry. Before I could give a detailed plan on exactly what I would do and how, I would need to talk to you and gather a few details. In general though, I would build a PHP/MySQL based website that is linked into an API or service you choose, which is where you would be getting the information to base the alerts on. There would be triggers in the code so that if an alert's conditions are met, it sends the alert to the user. User registration would be granted by signing up for a monthly subscription on the website.
