Hello, As per your requirements, we would like to tell you that we have a strong experience in the field of design and development. So according to your requirement “ I need a website where users can register and upload documents. once approved they can view different type of documents loaded by the admin. ” Pre-Production – Layout and Designing ( HTML 5 and CSS 3) - up to 4 days We use a template for a creative layout and convert it into as per your requirement. This contain two sections one for admin and one for users. The major pages for users section are-home page, login page, document upload page, viewing page, etc. Contents and Sources –along with others work These include the general contents of a site and the contents provided by you. The other resources like images, etc. Backhand and Scripting (PHP and JavaScript ) – 4 days This include scripting your backhand for various functionalities like login system ,database managing, admin requirements, data verification etc. This also include various front hand scripting using JavaScript for data verification, various constraints and layout section, etc. Database (MySQL) For storing the login details and system data. A proper set of table will be created as requirement. Testing and debugging – 3 and half days Testing the site for various purpose and conditions, server compactible and all functionalities.
