At the acceptance of my bid I would first like to get from you your ideas of how you want the site to look, page layout, menu order, and things like that. Hi We'll need to discuss what you need customized and what you're looking for in the overall website design, layout, look and feel. I have experience customizing WordPress templates and CSS to achieve the look you want. I did misterpickles dot net online shop using Statement, which is a free non-premium theme with woocomerce. I worked with my client on the design and customized the template and CSS to make it look like a premium site to his specs. As for the high resolution photos, I also did the photo shoot for misterpickles. So initially I used super hi res photos for the site. But they really bogged the page load speed so I reprocessed all the photos in photoshop and optimized them for the web. I was able to significantly reduced the size of the photos without sacrificing view quality. Then I used wp-smush to further optimize the photos when I uploaded them. The result was that I improved the page load speed by 60%, which improved the user experience and is also super important for SEO with Google.
