The site will need to have a similar design and functionality of a website called www. mindbench .com. Some of the functionality needed would be – • Fully Responsive design and functionality • Full frontend editing (idiot proof editing) • Social media integration • Content management system • SEO friendly • User login and registration • Personalisation • Quick CV upload • Search by jobs • Search by location • Search by role • Meet the team • Produce a weekly newsletter • Our sectors • Cv direct sent to recruitment consultant The above is just some of the functionality that is required and subject to change during the development stage. Tailor Technology will be fully project managing this site and will be working with the person or company personally to make sure it meets the client’s requirement. I will need to make sure that the person or company has good written and spoken English. I will need at least 2-3 contacts within the company and one of them being a senior member should any issues need to be escalated. I will only want to deal with one person on this project only and they should be available from start to finish of the project. The whole development will need to have a live development site so I can manage progress and timeline of the project. Their will need to be some flexibility with the design and development as client needs may change. The proposal will need to include the following • Examples of previous projects similar to this but does not need to be exact. • Full cost breakdown • Time frame of how long it will take to complete • How much for installation, testing and fixes • What ongoing support you off for updates and fixes • Security features for the site to protect from hacking and data exposure. • Proposal to be sent on Word document
