Awards Application

Each year, my organization hosts an awards banquet that recognizes the very best construction projects. Each September, we solicit projects through an application process. The application is 8x10 and is 12 pages in length. An example of the application is attached. Absent some graphic design assistance, this is what we would send out to our member companies. This year, we would like to have the application packet professionally designed. I am looking for background images and a professional presentation; not simply use of shapes and colors that quite frankly, we would do ourselves given time. I can increase the packet size to 16 pages if an appropriate design calls for it. In addition to the copy supplied in the attached example, I can provide logos for our company, as well as the primary sponsor. Both logos must be on the front cover, with prominence given to the event sponsor. The most prestigious awards have an eagle theme to them. The final document should be in an Illustrator format for printing, as well as a PDF format that can easily be attached to an email and distributed electronically. Regarding print, all panels must have the appropriate bleeds (.125" on all sides). I am guessing that instead of 16 separate pages, the printer will be looking for 3 or 4 sheets (depending on whether we do 12 pages or 16), front and back, that when folded, will result in an 8x10 page.
