Adobe Illustrator Drawing Recreation

QUALIFICATION TEST: Are you proficient with Adobe Illustrator. If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is probably not for you. Can you commit to a date and deliver when you say you will, regardless of local holidays, cultural observances or personal priorities? If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is not for you. Can you commit to providing an email update AT LEAST ONCE EVERY DAY, regardless of THE AMOUNT progress made? (This should be easy!) If yes, then we welcome your bid. If not, this project is definitely not for you. :) Lastly, are you an obsessive/compulsive perfectionist? Great! You may be qualified for this project! :) If you answered 'yes' to all of the above, then please consider bidding on this project. _______________ We will need a flattened vector file recreated in Illustrator (CS2 or earlier version). The attached PDF is NOT the file you will be working from. The file you will be working from is too large to attach. We will supply that file to the selected Provider. The attached PDF file does show what the file contents will look like and includes some clarification notes. The brown shapes are buildings. There are only two building shapes. One building shape and a mirrored version of that one. There is also a small building, the Club House. Deliverable Requirements: Shapes and layout should match the original very closely. Each building should be on its own layer. All grass (green) should be on one layer. All trees (round green) should be on one layer. Both lakes (cyan) should be on one layer. Club House and Pool structures should be on one layer. Asphalt Pavement (gray) should be on one layer. Concrete Sidewalks (beige) should be on one layer. Parking Stripes should be on one layer. Please disregard all text. It is not needed. Please disregard drafting lines. They are not needed. Please disregard all shading, gradients and textures. They are not needed. Match the same stroke weights used in the original file. _______________ Terms of Agreement Of course, we would like the project to be completed as soon as possible. However, YOU tell us how much time you need. Be honest. Give yourself plenty of time and then please keep your commitment. Your review and rating will be impacted by whether you meet your deliver date commitment, your DAILY communication, and the quality of your work. We are willing to place payment into GAF Escrow once the deliverable has been demonstated. You are welcome to watermark your work or password protect it. Once we approve your work, we will place the payment into GAF Escrow. Then you will deliver the file. Then we will release the Escrow. This process protects both of us. If you do not like these terms, then please do not bid. We cannot afford another bad experience. Lastly, we are happy to pay for a quality product delivered on time. However, if you cannot deliver the product in the time you commit to deliver, we reserve the right to cancel and find another Provider.
