Add an Animated Timeline in one Avada Webpage (please Read Description)

Hi, Before to answer with a no sense offer, please read the Job description. I'm creating my Webpage with Avada, I'm a beginner, however I could already build the structure of my webpage. So far, I could implement already many things using the Avada theme. So I don't need that somebody build my whole Webpage. Now I would like to create a "timeline" on one of my Webpage page, but not a linear Timeline, this I may be able to to by myself looking at tutorials. I would like to have an interesting timeline like in the following webpage: [login to view URL] (see attachment) is that possible to have such timeline in the Avada theme? If you interested in the project, send me also a realistic price from the start. Important, I want a text or picture animation, like on the reference webpage. The text and the picture I should be able to change by myself anytime. The timeline should be responsive. BR If is possible to create a timeline like I Wish, what will be the cost?
