Design a Website Mockup (private project, please don't bid)

As discussed earlier, we need another PSD. Description is below: We are changing our website [login to view URL] and need new design for the home page The new design will be totally different, although it will contain some of the generic elements found on the current site. It will follow the design of our other website: [login to view URL] The following elements should be available: Logo Top navigation links with country flag (selectable dropdown) login or username, register or logout, help Navigation bar with items (Home, Hire, Find Work, Tour, search field: text and icon) Rotating banner just like [login to view URL], with number of jobs and tradesmen Listing of categories (with numbers in brackets) we think this should be 3-4 columns.
