Build a website for australian Mini BMX company

Hi we are looking for an experienced designer to work with us to build a new website and store from scratch approximatley 20 pages. We will require the designer to do all work with our content and direction, I have attached a breif overview document that gives an idea of what we are looking for. We are not set on a platform for the site however hosting will be via Host Gator and we require the freelancer to do all installation work and final go live commissioning work within that platform. The ECommerce engine is also open however we will be using Westpac Payway to process payments so please ensure your suggested solution has a compatible plugin for their API.
