I am looking to build a temporary "Coming Soon" type website that looks very appealing and makes my company look up market, modern and futuristic and yet.
This is literally a very basic website, but I will be looking to to use the same person later on to develop it into a much more complex website with all sort of functions and requirements.
I have attached Logos. Please be reminded these Logos are my copyright and must remain 100% confidential and be permanently deleted after used for this project.
Wording would be Something Like This Is Required:
“We Are Coming Back Soon”
“We here at Tartan Technology have been spending long hours and are working very hard to launch the new version of our site. Stay Tuned!”
“Interested in our Products, Mobile Apps, Software and Services? Join the Newsletter!”
[area to fill out email and then a subscribe button]
“Contact Us” [Takes you to a nice looking simple contact us form, then after completing it says thank you and offers to take you back to the homepage].

Other Details.
I would like my logo showing on it with some sort of effect, so it fits in with the theme of the website, the logo can be changed effect wise an colour wise to fit in. I like the examples "Tartan Gold" and "Tartan Metal" effects I have attached to this brief. I like the logo effects not the backgrounds. So I like the Gold Logo effect for example on the "Tartan Gold" attachment but not the actual cardboard background or angle.
I will design attractive, professional and nice looking coming soon page. We may discuss the project in details before selection. I have many years of experience in website development. You may check my reviews.

I ensure that i will make the "coming soon" page according to the requirement. coming to the requirement the coming soon page will be have the texts which you have included i.e., "we are coming back soon" etc with the subscribe button. The contact us page will be having the form and displays thank you message after succesfully submitted. i didn't see any logo attached to the project description so, please send me the logo so that i can have a look at it and change the background.
most important: i will delete all the work when this project is completed. The work will be confidential as i understand it.
