Beginning of Web Project: CSS3, HTML5, Bootstrap

We are hiring a developer to create only the beginning of a web service. If this milestone is completed well, there will be more work immediately. The requirements are as follows: We want a start page looking like [login to view URL], but even more simple. STARTPAGE * Video in the background * Search field (for entering location preference) * 1-2-3 Icons above the search field, showing how simple the service is. * "My profile" button (top right) * "I'm a business" button (top right) SEARCH FEATURE: * A search takes us to a "Top 3 Businesses" suggestions page (Inspiration: [login to view URL]). * 'Contact now' takes us to a chat/message window with chosen Business. * 'See profile' takes us to an extended profile of the Business. * 'Show full list' takes us to the full list of businesses. * In the full list you can chose a Business, this will take you to their extended profile with alternatives 'Contact now' and 'Back to list of Businesses'. See attached Sitemap "[login to view URL]". For completion of this project, please have this up and running on a development webserver that I can access to test its functionality as described.
