Amazing Graphic/Web Designer - Photoshop Gun

I am looking to hire an expert photoshop designer to be on call to do up to 40 hours per week. Currently I have a number of projects to develop and the the current team is overwhelmed with work, hence I'm looking for a specialist graphic designer that considers themselves an expert in Photoshop. I will give ample opportunity to prove yourself with design, speed of work and creativeness. In most cases you will be give just a website address and you will be required to look at comparable websites from within Australia and in other major markets around the world and come up with: Logo proposed menu ideal layout beautiful design that is better than competitors. a PSD file ready to be sliced up. From time to time, image ads for AdWords campaigns will be required to be done, these really need the extra flair to stand out on busy webpages. Work will be ongoing once all our communication is open and clear and we are both on the same page when it comes to designs and being able to work together. You will need to have a microphone for use on skype. Your English will need to be sufficient for us to communicate with each other.
