Create 20-minute video from audio file and script

Will only consider bids that have a video production portfolio so if you have no videos created by you that we can see, please do not bid. We have a 20-minute audio that is to be the narration track for a video of equal length. Much of the video will? just be the words displayed on the screen so viewers can watch? without sound or if hearing impaired.? But? we've seen a video of only text is boring and loses viewers so we need a video which is more dynamic and uses suitable & relevent images? and effects to emphasize and support the narration. We will provide the exact script used by the narrator but it's VERY important you have a very good grasp of english such that you can decide which words to display and which to emphasize. This is for a product in an extremely competitive market so a very professional standard is required. DO NOT bid if you don't know what you're doing if you do not have a high level of skill and artistic sense. We will need the video delivered as an editable file, preferably in Adobe Premiere Pro and as a web ready swf.
