Design a photo booth background template for breeze system software - repost 2

I am looking for a designer that can create different background themes for different types of events. Example of events: weddings, birthdays, corporate events, etc. These templates are for my photobooth business that takes multiple photos and the images are printed on the templates as the background. A similar project was done at here: https://www.freelancer.com/projects/Photography-Photoshop/design-photo-booth-background-template.html I am looking for a designer that is able to produce at least 10-30 templates. These templates will only print on 4 x 6 paper. These templates must be able to be customize by myself so I can change the picture and detail on the templates.
