A site like AirBnB with customization - modification (e-commerce, marketplace)

Need someone who will easily provide me a prototype for the following test project: A site which is a variant of AirBnB (alternatively we may use another site of this kind). In other words the site is a marketplace for renting private apartments/rooms - with a small twist on the existing standard functionality. I'll be choosing a developer with whom I can also work later-on, fine-tuning this application if needed. The design should be well done, aesthetics are very important here. Two main points: A -- It will have almost the same functionality as AirBnB, HouseTrip, Wimdu, 9flats, etc. REMARK: I designed this model carefully, in a way that technically it is very close to the standard sites (AirBnB, HouseTrip, Wimdu, 9flats) in order to ensure the initial implementation not being too difficult task. So basically I hope you already implemented a project like this, and you can use the script you already have - and just make the changes in it. I am suggesting this because I guess that this is the easiest way. B – But with the following changes: - The main page will have several additional buttons, referring to check-in date - Depending on the check-in date there will be changes of the original price via a simple algorithm. - The change in price will be suggested (by colors) in the fields of the calendar. It will also be shown in the search results explicitly (explained in what follows). - When search results are displayed, for each apartment the prices for all/some days are presented (especially those where the price is changed), together with the price total. ---- I’d expect that the customization that needs to be done is rather simple (implementation-wise). Otherwise, there should be the standard features like on other sites: - A host can create/edit the profile and verify his identity (make updates of availability, base – price, etc.) - There should be a rating system (the previous guests review the host in the standard way) - Ideally we can discuss the best payment module (if possible) to enable direct payments (maybe even to reserve the funds first, which I believe nowdays can be done using Stripe) OTHER With the candidate that is the best fit I’ll provide the details, the drawings of the actual design, and so on. I need someone with whom I can also discuss the implementation, setting up the site, hosting … The design should be well done, aesthetics are very important here. The site should be responsive. The developer should have done similar jobs, and be very familiar with that - i.e., be comfortable with introducing changes to the standard models. Send me your previous similar jobs.
