Hello, we are your best option because we created and we have been managing all the Conscious Dating Network sites since 2005, we already know how to program all the required parameters for a dating site : registration, matchmaking according members answers, limited features for non paid members, chat feature and other complete features like unlimited pictures for paid members, complete user friendly admin system to approve and control information members put on their profiles, automatic mail system for sending mails to members when they get their account, their profile picture is in approval process, their profile picture has been denied, matchmaking suggestions, new views to their profiles and much more. We already know how to program the notification system so members know when their profile has been viewed, and they can even add them to a favorite or interested list, block members, remove from searching. In the admin section, we programmed a system to detect forbidden words and phrases for when members put their personal contact info so site admin get a mail warning for those members and admin can delete the information. In the admin system we created, admin can approve and crop headshots for profile pictures, we also created a system which highlights usual terms used by scammers and we can create a database of terms, usernames and passwords generally used by scammers, and this system also will warn when ips for African countries (like Nigeria) get fakes profiles.
