Build a Website

I'm looking to have a parallax wordpress site built. I'm a freelance graphic artist, but I don't have the time to deal with creating a new website for myself. I'm a fun a creative person, and I want my website to reflect that. I've decided to with a cartoon style site, preferably something closer to the anime side. I've done some research so figure out what I want to see; it is as follows: ([login to view URL]) - I really like the art style, as well as the background. I feel like their site tells their story ([login to view URL]) - The client portion, also I do want most of the links to pull up the contact page ([login to view URL]) - the "how does this work" I really like the sliding part and would like this added to the site ([login to view URL]) I love this video....please give me a quote w/ and w/out the video Additional information, the site will have 5 pages: Home , what we do, services, our work, contact The name of my site is Black Ice Designs, so it needs to have an icey theme, blues, grays, and lime green.
