Build a Website

I need someone to create a website like [login to view URL] I need someone to take classifieds script at [login to view URL] (use modern theme) and turn it into the first mentioned website. 1) I need the index page to be exactly the same with the exception of the search bar. I need the search bar to look like pic1. I don't need the locations drop down menu that's on the right side in the search menu. all I need is the categories drop down menu. 2) also, I need the categories boxes to be like the first column in pic2. I need there to be four columns not three. I need there to be an empty space on the right side because I want to ad a drop down menu. please see pic3. 3)when uploading osclass you are asked to provide a website name, I need the name entered to appear after the website logo see pic4. that's it
