Build a Website - Build 3 Pages

I have a WordPress based website which I applied a new theme to. Now basically I need all the inner pages layout changed to the pages which can be found at these three links. Except you will need to use the information on my pages, also I have a table on the bottom of all my pages which should go untouched. I will create half the Milestone and will not release or create any further milestone until completion. I am not looking at dragging this on weeks. All my pages already have all the information on them, I need someone to use the theme option and now make the pages look presentable. I need this ASAP.
